Returns & Refunds

Generally, all sales are final. However, returns and/or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting dave@toycargeek.com. My goal is complete customer satisfaction, and I will be willing to work with you to achieve that goal!

Please report any shipping damage immediately to dave@toycargeek.com so that the appropriate action can be taken. 

 

Handling Time

Please allow three business days for processing the order before it is delivered to the shipper. Expedited or other special handling is available at additional cost; please contact dave@ toycargeek.com to discuss.
